About The Owner
Bob Rowley founded Restor-It, Inc. in 1989. He firmly believes that attention to detail creates a wonderful experience from the ground-up, literally. He has a thorough understanding that customer satisfaction is derived from providing superior products and service. As founder of Restor-It, Inc., Bob has combined his military background and experience as a developer of carpet repair, maintenance products, and procedures to personally guarantee every job his company delivers.
He joined the Marine Corps immediately upon graduation from Warren High School in Apple River, lllinois, then spent 8 1/2 years as a Marine, where his assignments included Embassy Duty at Mauritius in the Indian Ocean, and in London, England.
Following his military career, Bob settled in Atlanta, Georgia, where he began his flooring career with Professional Carpet Systems as a Senior Trainer, and worked on developing several product lines and procedures for spot-dyeing and pet odor control, which are now sold worldwide.
After starting his carpet cleaning company, Bob listened to the needs of his customers and added more products and services, expanding to become the multi-faceted business that is now Restor-It, Inc.
